摘要
目的探讨绝经后骨质疏松症患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、骨钙素N端中分子(N-BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BAP)、雌二醇(E_2)及胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)的变化及意义。方法选择2015年9月-2017年3月在诸暨市人民医院治疗的绝经后骨质疏松症患者60例为观察组,选择同期健康志愿者60例为对照组。检测两组E2、孕酮(P)、促卵泡成熟激素(FSH)及促黄体生成激素(LH)水平、IGF-1、IL-6、BAP、β-胶原降解产物、总骨I型前胶原氨基酸延长链、N-BGP及骨密度水平。结果观察组E_2、P水平明显低于对照组,FSH、LH水平明显高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组IGF-1水平显著低于对照组,且IL-6、BAP水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组β-胶原降解产物、总骨I型前胶原氨基酸延长链、N-BGP值显著高于对照组,且观察组骨密度值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绝经后骨质疏松症患者IL-6、N-BGP、BAP、IGF-1水平均受E_2及骨密度水平的影响,可通过对血清IL-6、N-BGP、BAP、IGF-1、E_2等指标的检测,为正确诊断骨质疏松症及治疗提供有效的数据依据。
Objective To explore the changes of serum interleukin-6( IL-6),N-bone gla protein( N-BGP),bone alkaline phosphatase( BAP),estradiol( E2),and insulin-like growth factor-1( IGF-1) levels in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis and the significance. Methods Sxity postmenopausal women with osteoporosis treated in the hospital from September 2015 to March 2017 were selected as observation group,sixty healthy volunteers during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of E2,progesterone( P),follicle-stimulating hormone( FSH),luteinizing hormone( LH),IGF-1,IL-6,BAP,β-collagen degradation product,total procollagen type 1 amino-terminal propeptide( t-P1NP),N-BGP,and bone mineral density( BMD) in the two groups were detected.Results The levels of E2 and P in observation group were statistically significantly lower than those in control group( P〈0. 05); the levels of FSH and LH in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05); the level of IGF-1 in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0. 05); the levels of IL-6 and BAP in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05); the levels of β-collagen degradation product,t-P1 NP,and N-BGP in observation group were statistically significantly higher than those in control group( P〈0. 05); BMD in observation group was statistically significantly lower than that in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion The levels of IL-6,N-BGP,BAP,and IGF-1 in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis are affected by E2 level and BMD. Detecting serum IL-6,N-BGP,BAP,IGF-1,and E2 levels can provide effective data basis for correct diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis.
