摘要
目的通过中医辨证、中药论治反复发作的慢性荨麻疹患者,关注治疗效果,总结诊治心得。方法使用中医药辨证论治慢性荨麻疹36例,发作期运用中草药治疗,静息期玉屏风颗粒巩固疗效。结论中医药治疗效果肯定;体会:通过中医辨证,以玉屏风散加减运用中医药论治,无论在减少发作频率,还是在减轻发作症状,以及提高患者生活质量方面效果肯定,配合生活调适起效更佳。
Objective Through the TCM syndrome differentiation, traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of recurring chronic urticaria patients and paying attention to the therapeutic effect, to summarize the diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods A sample size of 36 cases of recurring chronic urticaria patients were treated with TCM syndrome differentiation. At the attack stage, Yupingfeng powder was used. At the gereral stage, Yupingfeng granule was used to consolidate the therapeutic effect. Conclusion The traditional Chinese medicine shows positive effects： It really helped in relieving pain and reducing symptoms, and improvesd the life quality of patients.
