摘要
为确定合理的不锈钢水切亮条防腐技术要求,通过样品零部件和整车道路强化腐蚀试验,结合售后实际情况,研究不同腐蚀试验的关联性。2#样品480 h盐雾试验后无红锈,在整车腐蚀试验中出现2级锈蚀,实际环境中3年无锈蚀;1#样品240 h盐雾试验后有轻微红锈,在整车腐蚀试验中很快出现锈蚀。结果表明,耐盐雾性强的样品在整车腐蚀试验和实际环境中,防腐性能也较优。在整车腐蚀试验中,30次循环时,不锈钢水切亮条允许出现2级及以下锈蚀。
This paper aims to determine the reasonable anticorrosion technical requirements for water cutting stainless steel. The corrosion test and reinforced vehicle's road test for different samples are performed. Combined with the vehicle's in-service performance, the paper researches the correlation between different corrosion tests and real circumstance. The test result shows that after 480 h salt spray test, the 2# sample doesn't exist red rust. The 2nd corrosion level appeared in the reinforced vehicle's road test. However, it could satisfy the requirement that the vehicle appearance doesn't have corrosion more than 3 years. The 1# sample has a little red rust after 240 h salt spray test, moreover it begins to have corrosion very soon in the reinforced vehicle's road test. The results show that the sample, which has better anticorrosion property in neutral salt spray test, also has better anticorrosion performance in the reinforced vehicle's road test and in-service environment. The 2nd or lower corrosion level is acceptable during 30 cycles in road reinforced corrosion test. Key words:
