摘要
为研究车内空气挥发性有机物(VOC)的释放特性,以研究型试验车为试验对象,基于环境舱法,考察了车内空气VOC的释放特性,通过内饰件拆解法考察了车内饰件对车内空气VOC的影响。试验结果表明,下线时间久并经有效通风扩散的新车,车内空气VOC中的苯系物释放水平下降效果明显要优于醛酮类化合物;车内温度越高越易加剧车内空气VOC的释放,而开启空调净化则有利于车内VOC水平迅速下降恢复至初始水平;不同内饰件对车内空气VOC的贡献不同。采用整车逆向至内饰部件的试验方法可以作为研究车内污染物来源的一种参考方式。
In order to research the emission characteristics of air VOC in vehicle, taking experimental cars as the objects and based on environmental chamber method, emission characteristics of VOC in vehicle were investigated, meanwhile the effects of the interior trim on VOC were studied by disassembling the interior trims. Results show that, with the longer offline time and more effective ventilation, the decreases of benzene series are significantly better than that of aldehydes and ketones, and the higher temperature easily intensify the emission of VOC, while concentration of VOC rapidly decline and restore to the initial level after turning on air conditioning. In addition, the contributions of different interior parts to VOC in vehicle are different. Reversing experimental method to study pollution source in vehicle can be used.
