摘要
简述了艾维尔沟重介选煤厂原煤煤质变差的现状,分析了导致其精煤水分高的原因,采用了针对原料煤、精煤灰分控制、精煤脱介筛、离心脱水机、配料刮板机、粗精煤泥弧形筛、精煤压滤机、卧式沉降离心脱水机机头溜槽等方面的改造或管理措施,以确保降低选煤厂的精煤水分及提高其精煤产率。
This paper introduced the status of becoming worse of raw coal quality in heavy medium coal preparation plant of Aiweier channel, and analyzed why the clean coal had high moisture content, the transformation or management measurements regarding to aspects such as raw coal, clean coal ash control, clean coal pressure filter, clean coal sculping screen, centrifugal dehydration machine, ingredients scraper, coarse and clean coal slime curved sieve and head chute of horizontal sedimentation centrifugal dewatering machine were adopted, in order to reduce the clean coal moisture of coal preparation plant and improve the yield of clean coal.
