摘要
对东、中、西部212家国有和民营企业的道德及其管理现状的问卷调查发现:不道德商业惯例相当程度存在;道德冲突频率较高,且较多存在于与顾客、同事、上司和下属的关系中;道德决策标准呈多元化和境遇性特征;对不当行为的容忍度较高;多数企业已认识到商业伦理的必要性,并开展了一定程度的道德管理,但较少使用西方企业广泛使用的道德管理措施,且力度有待加强;提升企业道德需要个人、企业和社会的共同努力。
This paper explores Chinese enterprises" business ethics and its management status based on the survey of 212 state--owned and private companies from Eastern, Central, and Western China. The main findings are as follows. Unethical business practices are common, and moral conflicts widely exist in the relations with customers, colleagues, supervisors, and subordinates; Ethical decision-making standards have diversified and situational characteristics; The tolerance to unethical practices is high; Most enterprises have realized the necessity of business ethics and begun to take some measures to manage it, but the effort is still limited and those ethics management practices widely used in western countries are rarely employed in China's enterprise; The improvement of business ethics needs the joint efforts of individuals, enterprises, and the society.
