摘要
目的探讨枸地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德分散片治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法选取该院2014年2月—2016年4月收治的80例慢性荨麻疹患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组与治疗组两组,每组各40例。对照组给予单一匹多莫德分散片治疗,治疗组则给予枸地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德分散片治疗。对比两组患者的临床有效率、统计两组患者的不良反应情况。结果治疗组患者的治疗有效率高达98.00%,明显高于对照组患者的82.00%(P<0.05);治疗组患者的风团数日、皮肤瘙痒以及持续发作时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者的复发率为15.00%,明显低于对照组患者的65.00%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对慢性荨麻疹患者,对其实施枸地氯雷他定片联合匹多莫德分散片治疗,能有效改善其临床症状、提高治疗有效率、且复发率小。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic urticaria with Desloratadine Citrate Disodium Tablets Pidotimod Dispersible Tablets. Methods 80 cases of chronic urticaria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group with two cases in our hospital from February 2014 to April 2016,40 cases in each group. Control group were given a single pidotimod dispersible tablets in the treatment,treatment group were given citric acid chloric thunder Loratadine Tablets Combined with pidotimod dispersion tablets. The clinical efficiency of the two groups were compared,and the adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results Therapy in the treatment group,the effective rate as high as 98.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group were 82.00%（P 〈0.05）; treatment group patients wheal days,skin itching and seizure duration were significantly lower than control group（P 〈 0.05）; the rate in the group of patients with recurrence treatment was 15.00%,significantly lower than that of control group was 65.00%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion In patients with chronic urticaria,the implementation of citric acid to the chlorine thunder he tablets combined with pidotimod dispersible tablets in the treatment,effectively improve the clinical symptoms and improve the efficiency of treatment,and the recurrence rate is small.
