摘要
目的对原发性宫颈小细胞癌的临床病理特征进行进一步的分析研究。方法选取于2014年2月—2016年5月期间在该院接受治疗的原发性宫颈小细胞癌患者15例,对上述患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,并对临床病理特征和预后等进行总结。结果 9例Ⅰb期,均接受手术治疗及术后放、化疗,随访3~36个月后,有2例患者死亡;2例Ⅱb期,均接受放、化疗后行手术治疗,随访24个月时患者均生存;2例Ⅲb期,2例Ⅳ期,均行放、化疗,1例Ⅳ期患者、死亡;疫组织化学检测:CK主要表现为程度不同的阳性,至少存在2种阳性的神经内分泌标记物,其中Syn、Cg A、NSE、CD56的阳性表达率分别为100%(15/15),100%(15/15),40%(6/15)和60%(9/15)。结论原发性宫颈小细胞癌主要以手术治疗为主,辅以放、化疗,对该类患者进行NSE、Syn、CD56及Cg A的联合检测对于提高病理诊断具有十分重要的临床作用。
Objective Primary cervical small cell carcinoma of the clinical and pathological characteristics were further studied. Methods Selected in February 2014 to May 2016 period in our hospital for treatment of primary cervical small cell carcinoma 15 cases of the patients with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and the clinical pathological characteristics and prognosis were summarized. Results 9 cases of I B were received surgical treatment and postoperative radiotherapy,chemotherapy,up for 3~36 months,2 patients died,2 cases of II B,radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients underwent surgical treatment and followed up for 24 months the patient survived;2 cases with stage III B period. 2 cases with stage IV,were received radiotherapy,chemotherapy,1 case of stage IV patients death; immunohistochemical detection：CK mainly for different degrees of positive,there are at least two positive for neuroendocrine markers,syn,CGA,NSE,CD56 positive expression rate was 100%（15/15）,100%（15/15） and 40%（6/15） and 60%（9/15）. Conclusion Primary cervical small cell carcinoma mainly are mainly treated by surgery,radiotherapy,chemotherapy,the patients of NSE,syn and CGA and CD56 combined detection of to improve the pathological diagnosis It has a very important clinical effect.
