摘要
研究固体环保橡胶操作油SG-100(以下简称SG-100)在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎面胶中的应用。结果表明:添加SG-100的胶料门尼粘度和滚动阻力较低,强伸性能略低,大配合试验胶料耐磨性能相当;SG-100用量为6份时,胶料综合性能最好;添加SG-100的胶料混炼效率和混炼均匀性提高,挤出、成型和硫化工艺性能良好;胎面胶添加SG-100的成品轮胎耐久性能提高,使用寿命延长;与液体橡胶操作油相比,SG-100运输和储存方便,称量准确。
In this paper,the application of solid environmentally-friendly rubber operating oil SG-100（hereinafter referred to as SG-100） in the tread compound of all-steel radial tire was presented. The results showed that with the addition of SG-100,the Mooney viscosity and rolling resistance of tread compound were lowered,tensile properties decreased slightly,and wear resistance was unchanged. The optimized addition level of SG-100 was 6 phr. For the tread compound with SG-100,the mixing efficiency and mixing uniformity were improved,and the extrusion property,forming property and curing properties were good.The endurance performance of the finished tire with tread compound containing SG-100 was improved,and service life was extended. Compared with liquid rubber oil,the transportation and storage of SG-100 were more convenient,and the weighing was more accurate.
