摘要
随着我国金融业的快速发展以及对金融人才综合素质要求的不断提高,对学生的知识运用与实践创新能力提出了更高的要求。以《投资学(双语)》课程为例,分析了该课程教学存在的参与度两极分化、内容与中国实际脱节和缺乏创新应用指导等方面的问题。教学团队基于建构主义理念在传统理论教学的基础上进行了案例教学、互动教学和开放式课堂的教学范式改革,具体阐述了该教学范式的实践,提高了教师授课效率,培养了学生的创新精神和实践能力。
With the rapid development of China' s financial sector, the comprehensive quality requirements of financial talent constantly improving;and having higher requirements to the students' knowledge and practi vation ability. Take the the participation in the "Theory of Investment(bilingual) "course as an example, this paper analyzes the problems: teaching course is polarized , the content and the actual are disconnected, lack innovation ap- plication guidance, etc. Based on constructivism concept and traditional theory teaching, the teaching team reforms the teaching paradigm of the case teaching, interactive teaching and the open class;specifically expounds the prac- tice of the teaching paradigm;improves the teachers' teaching efficiency; and trains the students' innovation spirit and practice ability.
