糖尿病早期大鼠视网膜功能损伤及白藜芦醇防护作用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨糖尿病早期大鼠视网膜功能的损伤及白藜芦醇的防护作用。方法采用链脲佐菌素一次性腹腔注射SD大鼠建立大鼠糖尿病模型,随机分为正常对照组和糖尿病组,低剂量(5 mg/kg/d)和高剂量(10mg/kg/d)白藜芦醇干预正常对照组和糖尿病组,分别在实验1、3、5、7月测定视网膜电图。结果糖尿病早期视网膜scotopic 0.01ERG b波振幅、scotopic 3.0ERG a波和b波振幅、scotopic 3.0OPS OP2潜时和振幅发生改变,低剂量和高剂量白藜芦醇干预对上述视网膜功能损伤有明显抑制效应(P<0.05)。结论白藜芦醇对糖尿病早期大鼠视网膜功能损伤有防护作用。 Objective To investigate the early retinal dysfunction of diabetic rats and the protective effect of resveratrol(RSV)on the retina of the diabetic rats.Methods The Sprague-Dawley rats were treated with a single intraperitoneal(i.p.)injection of streptozotocin(STZ)60 mg/kg to establish the diabetic models.The rats were randomly divided into six groups as follows:normal control rats(CON);5 mg/kg/day and 10 mg/kg/day RSV treated normal control rats(CON + L-RSV;CON + H-RSV);diabetic rats(DM);5mg/kg/day and 10mg/kg/day RSV treated diabetic rats(DM + L-RSV;DM + H-RSV).The electroretinograms(ERGs)were used to measure the retinal functions of rats.Results The diabetes induced the changes in the amplitude of b-wave in scotopic 0.01 ERG and a-and b-wave in scotopic 3.0 ERG,and in the latency and amplitude of OP2 in oscillatory potentials.The resveratrol intervention of both low and high doses inhibited significantly the retinal dysfunction of diabetic rats(P0.05).Conclusion Resveratrol has an inhibitory effect on the retinal dysfunction of diabetic rats.
