摘要
目的探讨心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者采用参松养心胶囊治疗对其靶器官损害的保护作用。方法所选择的研究对象为本院收治的心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者,选择时间为2015年4月—2016年4月,共入选病例108例。采用回顾性分析的方法,对患者一般资料进行调查。将108例心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者按照1:1比例,分为研究组(参松养心胶囊)与对照组(胺碘酮)。对比2组治疗效果。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为92.6%(50/54)、79.6%(42/54),差异显著(P<0.05);治疗前,两组NT-pro BNP、QTd水平对比,差异不显著(P>0.05);治疗后,两组NT-pro BNP、QTd水平对比,差异显著(P<0.05);研究组、对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为3.7%(2/54)、14.8%(8/54),差异显著(P<0.05)。结论在心力衰竭合并室性心律失常患者的临床治疗过程中,采用参松养心胶囊治疗的效果显著,能有效保护靶器官损伤,且安全可靠,值得进行深入研究和推广。
Objective To discuss the protective effect of Shensong Yangxin capsule in treating heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia on target organ damage. Methods The selected subjects were admitted to our hospital with heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia,the choice of time was from April 2015 to April 2016, and a total of 108 cases were selected. The general data of patients were in-vestigated by retrospective analysis. 108 cases of heart failure complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were in accordance with the proportion of 1：1 divided into study group（Shensong Yangxin capsule） and control group（amiodarone）. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was 92.6 %（ 50/54） and79.6%（ 42/54）, respectively, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Before treatment, NT-pro BNP and QTd of the two groups was compared, and the difference was not significant（ P〉0.05）. After treatment, NT-pro BNP and QTd level of the two groups was compared, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction of the study group and the control group was 3.7%（2/54） and 14.8%（8/54）, respectively, and there was significant difference（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the process of clinical treatment of heart failure and ventricular arrhythmia, Shensongyangxin capsule has significantly therapeutic effect, can effec-tively protect the target organ damage, and is safe and reliable, which is worthy of further research and promotion.
