中国林业外资利用效率研究——基于省级面板数据的空间模型分析 被引量:5

摘要 在我国林业外资利用规模不断增长的同时,外资利用效率方面的研究也不断涌现,但传统面板模型分析往往忽略区域之间存在的空间联系。首先从利用方式、地域流向与产业流向3个方面对我国林业外资利用的结构性现状进行分析,随后以各省2005—2015年林业产业与社会经济数据为基础构建面板模型,并分别设定标准邻接矩阵和经济加权矩阵对外资利用效率进行空间计量分析。得出以下结论:林业外资利用对省级林业产业区位熵指数有显著的正向影响;国内资本对区域林业产业专业化程度有着正向的直接影响,且存在负向的间接影响,这在传统面板模型中无法反映出来,传统模型过高估计了内资的利用效率;区域对外开放程度的增强不利于林业产业专业化程度的提升,而国内需求因素对于林业产业升级的促进作用不明显。 While foreign investment in China' s forestry growing rapidly, research on the efficiency emerges continuously, however, traditional panel-data model tends to ignore the spatial relation between different regions. This paper first describes forestry foreign investment structure such as invest pattern, regional flow and industry flow, then constitutes panel model based on different province' s forestry industry and social economic data during 2005-2015, further conducts spatial analysis with two different sets of common geographical contiguity weights matrix and economic distance weights matrix. Main conclusions include: foreign investment has significantly positive effect on province-level forestry location quotient value. While domestic investment has positively direct effect on regional forestry industry specialization in spatial model, also significantly negative indirect effect, which cannot be reflected in the traditional panel model that overestimated the efficiency of domestic investment. The increase of regional openness is not conducive to the improvement of forestry industry development, and the promotion of domestic demand on forestry industry upgrading is not significant.
