摘要
西门子T3000系统是一个全集成、结构完整、功能完善、面向整个电站生产过程的控制系统,在火力发电厂DCS和DEH系统中占有重要份额。该系统应用在DCS和DEH系统中均采用经典硬件架构以及较为固定的硬件产品,但是在火电企业实际应用当中,该系统结构和硬件产品均暴露出不同程度的问题,其中服务器、GPS时钟、电源系统方面问题尤为突出。结合T3000系统长期维护经验以及用户需求,总结了西门子T3000系统在实际应用中的相关结构优化和故障设备改造方法,为T3000用户改造提出了建议,提高了T3000系统的可靠性。
Siemens T3000 system is a fully integrated control system, which owns complete structure and functions and caters to the whole production process of power plant. It plays a key role in DCS and DEH sys-tem in a thermal power plant. Applied in DCS and DEH,the system adopts classic hardware architecture and relatively fixed hardware products. In thermal power enterprises,however,various problems occur in the sys-tem structure and hardware products,such as server,GPS clock,power system in particular. Through long-term maintenance experience of T3000 system and requirements of users, this paper summarizes structural optimization of Siemens T3000 system in the practical application and fault equipment modification methods; in addition,it puts forward modification suggestion for users to improve the reliability of T3000 system.
