摘要
在用电高峰期及负荷转供等情况下,因负荷过高使得配电线路电流增大,进而在线路薄弱点引起温度升高甚至烧坏导线,而线路的薄弱点一般存在于导线的连接点。在分析线路连接点发热原因的基础上,研制了配电网螺纹系列线夹,具体包括管内螺纹线夹、管内螺纹设备线夹、螺纹T型线夹。该系列线夹经挂网运行证明可有效减少线路连接点发热情况,应用效果显著,具有推广价值。
In the case of peak load and load transfer,the increased current of the power distribution network due to high load may lead to temperature rise or even wire burning at the weak points,which are often the wire joints. By cause analysis of the joint heat,a series of thread clamps are developed,including the pipe thread clamp, equipment thread clamp and T-type thread clamp. The application of the clamps proves that they can effectively reduce joint heat,and is significantly practicable and worth of promotion.
