摘要
液压系统是液压机的核心部件,其运行的可靠性直接影响着设备的正常运转,但是液压系统的复杂性以及故障的随机性,造成液压故障难以诊断.针对液压机液压系统的可靠性分析和故障诊断方法,研究运用无线传感技术进行液压参数实时监测,远程在线故障诊断.采用该技术可以快速排除故障,降低维护维修成本,保证液压机可靠运行.
The hydraulic system is the core of the hydraulic press,and the normal operation of its reliability directly affect the equipment.But the complexity of the hydraulic system and the randomness of the fault make it difficult to diagnose hydraulic failure.Aiming at the reliability analysis and fault diagnosis method of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic press,the real-time monitoring of hydraulic parameters and the remote online fault diagnosis are studied by using wireless sensor technology.The use of the technology can quickly troubleshoot,reduce maintenance and repair costs,so as to ensure reliable operation of the hydraulic press.
