摘要
脓毒症属中医"伤寒""温病""热病"范畴,脓毒症患者多伴有脾胃功能损伤。本文结合文献分析脓毒症患者脾胃损伤的病因病机以及治疗策略,并讨论脾胃功能的恢复对于治疗脓毒症的重要意义。
Sepsis belongs to “typhoid fever” , “warm disease’’, “fever dise＇e ” category in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This paper ; nalysises the causes and the treatment strategies of sepsis with functionalimpairment of spleen and stomach and discuss the significance of function recovery of spleen and stomach in treating sepsis.
