摘要
通过分析建立高校大统战工作格局的不利因素,提出了建立高校大统战工作格局必须要着力加强党委对统战工作的统一领导;营造统战工作的良好氛围;健全完善统战工作各项制度;突出基层党委的统战工作;创新载体和平台;抓实党外代表人士队伍建设;促进民族宗教港澳台侨工作联动等几方面工作。
Some disadvantages in establishing the comprehensive united work pattern in colleges anduniversities are analyzed. To establish the comprehensive united front work pattern universities, some suggestions are given： to enhance the leadership of the party committee and createfavorabee atmosphere; to perfect the policies and regulations of the united front work; to emphasizethe work of the grass-roots subcommittee n colleges and universities; to tnnovate carriers andplatforms; to strengthen the team construction of the non-CPC personages and to combine the work ofnational religion, Hang Kong , Macao and Taiwan.
