摘要
目的:探讨护理干预减少妇产科不良事件发生率的效果。方法:选取于2015年3月~2016年3月在某院分娩的孕产妇共84例,随机分为观察组和对照组。对照组孕产妇采用常规护理方法,在此基础上,观察组孕产妇采用人性化护理方法,观察两组孕产妇的不良事件发生率及其满意度。结果:观察组无伤害发生率为92.9%、总满意度为97.6%,均优于对照组,组间比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预用于妇产科护理中,能够降低不良事件的发生率,促进和谐护患关系的建立,提高护理满意度。
Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on reducing the incidence of adverse events in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods：A total of 84 pregnant women were randomly divided into observation group and control group from March 2015 to March 2016 in a hospital.The control group of pregnant women were treated with conventional nursing.On this basis,the observation group of pregnant women were treated with human care methods.Then observe the incidence and satisfaction of adverse events in the two groups.Results：The incidence of injury in the observation group was 92.9% and the total satisfaction was 97.6%,which were better than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Nursing intervention can improve the incidence of adverse events,promote the establishment of harmonious nurse-patient relationship and improve nursing satisfaction.
