摘要
目的:研究和讨论孟鲁司特与酮替芬联合治疗感冒后咳嗽的效果。方法:将收治的124例感冒后咳嗽患者随机分为甲组(n=62)和乙组(n=62)。甲组患者使用孟鲁司特加酮替芬治疗,乙组患者则单用抗菌药物进行治疗,观察甲乙两组患者治疗后咳嗽症状的变化情况以及记录不良反应的发生率。结果:甲组患者在治疗后咳嗽症状得到有效的缓解,不良反应发生情况少,治疗的效果优于乙组患者,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孟鲁司特+酮替芬治疗患者感冒后咳嗽的疗效安全可靠,有应用价值。
Objective：To study and discuss the effect of combination of montelukast and ketotifen in the treatment of cough after cold.Methods：124 patients with cold cough were randomly divided into group A（n=62）and group B（n=62）.Group A was treated with montelukast and ketotifen,group B was treated with antibiotics alone.Then observe changes of cough symptoms and the incidence of adverse reactions recorded in both groups after treatment.Results：The symptoms of cough in group A were significantly relieved after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions was less,and the effect of treatment was better than that of group B,so the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The efficacy of montelukast＋ketotifen in the treatment of cough after cold is safe and reliable,and it is of practical value.
