摘要
通过高温熔融冷却工艺制备稀土Tb_2O_3掺杂ABS(铝硼硅)系统磁光玻璃,采用差示扫描量热分析、X射线衍射分析、红外光谱分析、扫描电子显微镜分析,并借助Kissinger和Augis-Bennett方程,探讨了热处理制度、玻璃析晶行为和显微结构的关系.测试分析了析出晶体的析晶动力学和玻璃相转变动力学,同时对所制备磁光玻璃的膨胀系数、密度等物理性能进行了测试分析.结果表明:当在846.8℃和898.6℃下进行热处理时,析出的晶体分别为Al_3Tb(BO_3)_4和TbBO_3;析晶活化能分别为E_(p1)=972.3kJ/mol和E_(p2)=532.79kJ/mol;平均析晶指数m_1=0.5,m_2=0.8,表明该系统磁光玻璃中产生的晶体为表面成核,析晶从试样表面一维空间生长,析晶是由扩散过程控制的;通过Kissinger方程,计算出的相转变活化能E_g为413.22kJ/mol.通过对磁光玻璃析晶前后的物理性质研究发现,析晶后基体玻璃的密度和膨胀系数都有所增大.
In this paper,the magneto-optic glass of Tb_2O_3 doped ABS system was prepared by high temperature melting cooling process.The crystallization behavior and microstructure of Dy^(3+)/Tb^(3+)doped aluminoborosilicate(ABS)magneto-optical glasses was investigated using DSC,XRD,SEM and FT-IR.With the help of the Kissinger and Augis-Bennett equation,the crystallization kinetics of the precipitates and the kinetics of the phase transition of the glass were analyzed.The results showed that the Al_3Tb(BO_3)_4 and TbBO_3 crystals are precipitated from the glass matrix when being heated at 846.8 ℃ and 898.6 ℃,respectively.The crystallization activation energy of the two crystalline phases(Al_3Tb(BO_3)_4 and TbBO_3)was E_(p1)=972.3kJ/mol and E_(p2)=532.79 kJ/mol,respectively.The average crystallization index was 0.5 and 0.8,respectively.By applying the Kissinger equation to the parameterized crystallization behavior,the calculated phase transition activation energy was determined to be 413.22 kJ/mol.By the physical properties of the magneto-optic glass crystallization,the density and expansion coefficient of the matrix glass are increased.
