摘要
以机器视觉检测技术为基础,在虚拟仪器平台上,利用图形化语言LabVIEW和视觉开发包IMAQ Vision设计了球压试验压痕检测系统.这种测量方式能够有效减小试验人员主观性对测量结果的影响.经过实际测量,检测系统的绝对误差小于0.1 mm.
On the basis of machine vision detection technology and virtual instrument platform, the testing system is designed by the graphic language LabVIEW and the visual development kit IMAQ Vision.This method of measurement can reduce the influence of subjectivity to the result effectively. Through the actual measurement, the absolute error of the test system is less than 0.1 mm.
