摘要
文章通过研究某轿车支撑板零件图,首先确定了零件的基本成形工序,应用CAE软件AutoForm建立了制件关键成形工序的有限元模型,获得了合格的计算结果。依据仿真过程与工程经验,运用CAD软件UG设计了13工序的支撑板三维排样图。然后,根据排样的料厚、结构、工位数、精度等特征对模架进行了选型,并结合厂家冲床参数设计了支撑板的模架结构。以模架结构为骨架,依次设计了卸料机构、导料与定距定位机构、凸凹模结构并进行了装配与试模,试模获得的制件外观良好、无成形性问题。最后,通过汽车检具与三维坐标检测仪的严格检测,反馈了级进模设计过程的有效性与正确性。
In this paper, the basic forming process of the parts was determined by studying the part drawing of a supporting part for a car, the finite element model of the key forming process was established by using CAE software Auto Form, and the qualified simulation results were obtained. The supporting plate three-dimen- sional layout chart of the 13 working procedures was designed by the use of CAD software UG according to the sim- ulation process and engineering experience. Then, the mold type was selected according to the layout of the material thickness, structure, number, accuracy and other characteristics, and the frame structure of the supporting plate was designed combined with the parameters of punch manufacturers. Taking the mold structure as the skeleton, the discharging mechanism, guide and distance positioning mechanism, punch and die structure were designed in turn. The assembly and test modules were also carried out and the appearance of the workpiece obtained by the test model had a good looking and no formability. At last, the validity and correctness of the design process of the progressive die were given by the strict inspection of the vehicle inspection instrument and the three-dimensional coordinate measuring instrument.
