摘要
传统铁路货运企业向现代物流转型发展,是实现其可持续发展的重要举措。但当前,铁路货运企业物流人才匮乏、素质能力较低,已成为制约其转型发展的重要“瓶颈”,文章分析了铁路物流人才的培养背景及现状及铁路物流人才需求的类型,并以西安铁路职业技术学院为例,阐明了其铁路物流人才培养的优势及有效策略。
The change of traditional railway freight transport to modern logistics enterprises is an important measure to achieve sustainable development. But at present, the railway freight enterprises are lack of logistics personnel and their quality is low ,which has become a bottleneck that restricts the development of transformation. This paper ana- lyzes the types of railway logistics personnel training background and the present situation of logistics and railway talents, and taking Xi'an Railway Vocational and Technical Institute as an example to illustrates the advantage and strategies of railway logistics personnel training.
