摘要
目的:探究复方丹参滴丸联合通脉养心丸治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将126例慢性稳定性心绞痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组(60例)患者进行常规慢性稳定性心绞痛治疗,观察组(66例)在对照组的基础上给予口服复方丹参滴丸,10粒/次,3次/日,口服通脉养心丸,40粒/次,2次/日。两组患者在必要时口服硝酸甘油片。用药治疗12周后评价两组患者的气虚血瘀证评分、心电图以及生活质量评分(SAQ),并记录治疗期间两组患者心绞痛发病频率。结果:治疗后,观察组患者气虚血瘀证评分低于对照组(P<0.05),与治疗前相比,评分降幅显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组心电图评价有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且SAQ以及心绞痛发作频率比较均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于慢性稳定性心绞痛,在西医常规治疗基础上联合应用复方丹参滴丸和通脉养心丸能够显著提高患者的生活质量,减少心绞痛发生率,明显改善气虚血瘀证以及心电图表现,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the efficiency of Compound Danshen Guttate Pills combined with Tongmai Yangxin Pills in the therapy of chronic stable angina syndromes. Methods：Patients （126 cases） diagnosed of chronic stable angina syndromes were divided into control group （60 cases） and observation group （66 cases） randomly. Cases in the control group were given the classical therapies of the chronic stable angina syndromes, while the observation group additionally given Compound Danshen Guttate Pills （10 pills, t. i. d. ） and Tongmai Yangxin pills （ 40 pills, b. i. d. ） . Both groups can sublingually take Nitroglycerin tablets necessarily. Evaluate the efficiency of the two groups after 12 weeks. Results：After 12 weeks＇ treatment, the Qi deficiency and blood stasis score in the observation group is lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Evaluation of electrocardiogram （ECG） in the observation group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）, and the treatment of life score, frequency of angina pectoris were significantly better than those in the control group （P〈0.05）. Nitroglycerin withdrawal rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：For chronic stable angina, the classical therapy combined with Compound Danshen Guttate Pills and Tongmai Yangxin Pills can significantly improve the patients＇ quality of life, reduce the incidence of angina and nitroglycerin usage and imorove the Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome and ECG.
