摘要
本文是一项为提高高职英语专业学生翻译能力而进行的基于课堂教学的行动研究报告。在以往的翻译课教学中,笔者发现学生普遍存在对翻译课兴趣不高、小组合作不紧密、缺乏自我成就感等问题,为此,笔者通过课堂观察、问卷调查、学生访谈和教学反思等方法,在商务英语专业的两个班中开展了三轮行动研究。研究结果表明,激发学生的翻译热情、创设合理的交互环境、建立翻译课程档案能有效提升学生的翻译能力。
This paper is a report of an action research designed to enhance the translation competence of English majors in higher vocational colleges. In the previous classes, students usually lacked interest in translation, team work spirit and self-accomplishment. To improve the situation, the author conducted a three-step action research by planning, acting, observing and reflecting. The results indicate that students' translation competence can be cultivated by stimulating their learning passion, establishing effective interactive environment and taking a portfolio approach.
