摘要
电磁阀作为自动变速箱的核心零部件,通过响应变速箱控制单元驱动电流,实现压力、流量等液压参数控制,其特性表现直接影响整车驾驶性。电磁阀应用过程,为了提升电磁阀的响应特性,通常在驱动电流基础上增加dither信号。文章主要介绍了自动变速箱电磁阀dither在整车上调试方法,并通过整车测试对该方法进行了确认。
As the core component of the automatic transmission, solenoid could control the hydraulic parameter such as pressure, flow by responding the drive current from the transmission control unit, and its performance directly influence the drive-ability of the vehicle. During the application process, we usually add the dither parameter to the drive current to improve the respond characteristic of the solenoid. This paper mainly introduce the adjustment method for solenoid dither in the automatic transmission of the vehicle, and confirmed it by testing on the vehicle.
