摘要
盲目的城镇化和旅游的过度开发,乡土文化浓郁的传统聚落民居正悄然消失,传统聚落的原真性受到冲击。原真性从诞生到发展,大多都集中在文化遗产保护领域,但是都没有将原真性以具体的一个物质层面进行实践研究。该文选择湖南省衡阳市庙前镇中田村为研究对象,运用层次分析和专家打分法,建立中田村传统民居原真性评价指标体系,对各层次要素定量分析,并通过综合评价获得传统聚落民居原真性定量评价结果,得出中田村传统民居总体原真性为58.197,最后根据评价结果对其传统民居保护问题进行了分析。
In recent years,with the rapid urbanization and overdevelopment for commercial tourism, the authenticity of the historical and traditional buildings was damaged, and the indigenous cultures of these buildings are rapidly disappearing. There are well-preservation and largest-scale historical buildings of Zhongtian village in Ming dynasty and Qing dynasty. Therefore,it＇s typical to research on authenticity of historical buildings. According to characteristic and historical buildings, this paper applied the analytic hierarchy process method to evaluate the authenticity of traditional buildings. In this method, an evaluation index system and model of hierarchical were built to analyze the hierarchical elements,and according to these weight and counters of specialist grade,then comprehensive score and calculate that over authenticity is equal to 58.197, the conclusion of overall authenticity is high,however, some of the element of authenticity are relatively lower.
