摘要
当前,我国非政府组织不断发展壮大并逐步成熟完善,其身影频繁出现在我国社会治理的各个领域当中,已经成为促进经济社会和谐发展的一支不可或缺的重要力量。其中,基层非政府组织在参与农村扶贫中,有着贴近基层、覆盖面全和针对性强等特点而受到关注。文章在大量调研的基础上,以江西省K县社区扶贫研究会这一基层非政府组织为例,对其在当地农村扶贫中的制度优势和运行逻辑进行深入探讨,并对扶贫过程中遇到的一些困境提出有针对性的思考和建议,以期对其他贫困地区有所裨益。
At present, China＇s non-governmental organizations continue to grow and are gradually mature and perfect. It appears frequently in various fields of social governance in our country, which has become an important force to promote the harmonious development of economy and society. Among them, the grass-root non-governmental organizations are involved in rural poverty al- leviation, with some features of being close to the grassroots, wide and specific, which is paid attention. Based on a large number of research, this paper takes poverty alleviation association of K County community in Jiangxi as an example, in this study, the institu- tional advantages and operation logic of the local rural poverty alleviation system are deeply discussed, and some suggestions are put forward for some difficulties in the process of poverty alleviation, in order to benefit other poor areas.
