摘要
智能制造是满足个性化定制动态生产调度的技术与平台。在智能生产车间中,为解决个性化定制产品生产的不确定性、生产产品结构、制造方法复杂的生产调度问题,考虑加工过程中的紧急订单与工况异常,提出带有重调度的最大最小蚁群算法(MMAS)。通过实验和实例仿真验证了算法的可行性。
Intelligent manufacturing is a technology and a platform for dynamic production scheduling of personalized customization. In intelligent production workshop,to solve the production scheduling problems of customized products because of the production uncertainty,complex product structure and manufacturing methods,Max-Min Ant-colony Algorithm( MMAS) with rescheduling is proposed considering emergent orders and abnormal situations in the process of processing. The feasibility of the MMAS was testified by simulating actual production case.
