摘要
环保标准的提升对除尘技术的发展提出了新的要求,因此,必须进一步研究可以实现更高系统平衡度的技术方法。本文定量分析了阻力失衡对除尘系统的影响,从沿程阻力计算、局部阻力系数测定和阻力平衡器的应用三个方面介绍了全平衡除尘系统技术的主要特点,并详细介绍了本技术在宝钢湛江钢铁基地烧结项目上取得的实际成果。
The improvement of environmental protection standard came up with new requirements for the dust removal technology, therefore, the balance method which can provide higher system balancing degree must be further researched. This paper quantitatively analyzes the resistance unbalance influence on dust removal system, comprehensive frictional resistance calculation, local resistance factor determination and resistance balancer application these three aspects, described the latest research result of fully balanced dust removal system technology, and introduced the technology actual result which achieved on the application of sintering project at Zhanjiang iron and steel plant of Baosteel.
