摘要
在南美白对虾高效生态循环养殖系统净化池内,以浮岛形式种植北美海蓬子,研究了北美海蓬子生态浮岛种植技术和其生长特征,构建小型管道式无土栽培系统研究北美海蓬子对养虾废水的净化作用。结果显示:生态浮岛种植的北美海蓬子平均株高为69.5 cm,单位面积产量9.1 kg·m^(-2)(鲜重),北美海蓬子生长过程中株高株重呈指数增长关系,其函数关系式为y=0.376e^(0.110x);北美海蓬子对养虾废水中的NH_4^+-N具有优先吸收的作用,其次是NO-2-N;对于养虾废水中的无机N、无机P和TN、TP,北美海蓬子都有较好的去除效果;北美海蓬子植株体内TN和TP的含量(鲜重)分别为0.05%和0.009%,浮岛北美海蓬子可去除的TN量为4.55 g·m^(-2),TP量为0.82 g·m^(-2)。
Salicornia bigelovii was planted on an ecological floating island, located in the purification pool of an efficient ecological circulation shrimp mariculture system. The planting technology and growth characters of S. big- elovii were studied. A micro-pipeline soilless cultivation system was built to study the cleanup effect of shrimp maricuhure wastewater by S. bigelovii. The results showed that the stem oF S. bigelovii had an average length of 69.5 cm, and the yield per unit area was 9.1 kg · m-2(fresh weight). The relationship between the stem length and fresh weight in S. bigelovii was y = 0. 376 e^0.110x. In the nutrient uptake process from shrimp maricuhure wastewater, S. bigelovii absorbed NH4^+-N first, followed by NO2-N. The proportions of TN and TP in S. bigelovii (fresh weight) were 0.05% and 0. 009% , respectively. S. bigeloviiwere was able to remove 4.55 g · m-2 of N and 0. 82 g · m-2 of P from shrimp maricuhure wastewater. S. bigelovii possess high-temperature existence and is well-adapted to salinity. Therefore, it makes for a fine biofiher alternative for mariculture.
