摘要
在当前军民融合的大背景下,通过总结民用无线通信系统和军用航空通信系统的发展方向和趋势,得出了二者均有朝着宽带化、智能化和网络化方向发展的共识,同时归纳出二者在应用场景、安全和体系顽存、标准开放性等方面的区别。在此基础上,提出军用通信可借鉴民用通信的通用化、全局标准化和生态产业链方面的发展理念,在系统架构上借鉴软件定义智能化网络技术发展方向,在专项技术上进行军用本土化,甚至直接民为军用方面的相关建议。
In the current background of civil-military integration, the development direction and trend of civil wireless communication system and military aviation communication systems are discussed, concluding that the two are all toward the direction of broadband, intelligent and networked development, and meanwhile the differences of between them in the fields of application scenarios, security and system survivability, standard openness, etc, also summerized. On this basis, the development concept of universal communication, global standardization and ecological industry chain for civil communication is proposed, and may be served as a reference for structure, the software-defined intelligent network technology development direction may also be used for reference in military localization of specific technologies, or even the civil technology directly for military use.
