摘要
基于湍流统计分析和随机振动理论,以一个十叶桨以及轴系作为研究对象,对其因湍流进流而诱发的弹性振动及纵向脉动推力进行了计算和分析。基于均匀湍流的统计模型,利用条带理论及相关分析求取作用在桨叶表面上的压力谱,然后将该压力谱映射到螺旋桨有限元模型加载面的节点上。基于模态叠加的随机振动分析方法,求得螺旋桨-轴系系统的随机振动响应。对弹性桨及刚性桨在纵向脉动推力传递中存在的差异以及系统动力学参数对于脉动力传递的影响进行了分析,得到的结论可为桨-轴弹性振动及声辐射控制提供思路。
Characteristics of elastic vibration induced by the ingested turbulence for a ten-bladed marine propeller-shaft system are numerically investigated. Based on statistical characteristics of isotropic turbulence, pressure spectrum acted on the propeller surface is firstly computed with the correlation method. Based on modal dynamics, random vibration of the immersed elastic propeller and shaft is obtained, with the unsteady pressure spectrum as the input. Transfer of the unsteady force into the vibration of the hull and propeller is discussed when dynamic parameters of the system are changed. The results could provide basic ideas for the research on the control of vibration and sound radiation for a propeller-shaft system.
