摘要
以红小米为代表的谷子是南阳地区的特色作物,也是南阳黄酒酿造的重要原料,但因种植面积较小,难以满足当地黄酒行业的需求。为了有效推进南阳地区谷子产业的发展,本文提出加快制定南阳地区黄酒行业标准,选育符合黄酒酿造、轻简化栽培的优良谷子品种,同时建立"企业+基地"的产销模式,加快谷子新品种的推广,促进其品牌加工产品的形成等发展对策。
Red Millet is the characteristic crop of Nanyang region,and it is also an important raw material for brewing yellow rice wine.However,because of its small planting area,its production does not meet the demand of yellow rice wine industry.In order to effectively promote the development of millet industry in Nanyang region,we propose the following development strategies.Firstly,the standards of yellow rice wine industry should be set in Nanyang region.The availability of such standards would be conducive to breeding the millet varieties that not only conform to the standards of yellow rice wine brewing,but also require less labor and are easy to cultivate.Secondly,a new production and marketing model(enterprise+production base) should be established,which directly connects farmers and enterprises,thereby facilitating the promotion of new millet varieties.
