摘要 对CO_2气体保护对接焊半圆运丝法的操作要点进行了分析。针对操作手法不当导致的焊接缺陷,分析各自的产生因素,优选半圆运丝法,从打底焊、填充焊、盖面焊三大步骤为基础,严格操作规范,提出了控制缺陷相关措施。经检测,根部焊透且未烧穿,外形成型良好,致密性符合要求,焊缝质量达到了GB/T 3323-2005的评定标准。 Key operating points are summarized for semicircular wire motion for butt welding using shielded gas CO_2. In view of the welding defects caused by improper operations, their factors are analyzed, and the method of semicircular wire motion is selected, to put forward defect control measures from three steps including backing welding, filling welding and cosmetic welding. Validations show that, the root is penetrated welded without burning through, the shape is good, and the tightness satisfies the related requirements, indicating the welding quality achieves the evaluation criteria proposed by GB/T 3323-2005.
