摘要
目的探讨组织多普勒评价糖尿病伴高血压患者心功能的应用价值。方法选取65例糖尿病伴高血压患者为合并组;65例单纯糖尿病患者为糖尿病组;65例健康者为对照组。三组均采用相同的TDI检测方法。比较三组超声心动图参数及组织多普勒检查结果。结果合并组患者Tei-Index、IRT、ICT、IRT/ET、ICT/ET明显升高,高于对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病组Tei-Index、IRT、IRT/ET、ICT/ET各项指标明显高于对照组(P<0.05),合并组与糖尿病组相比,Tei-Index、ICT/ET明显高于糖尿病组(P<0.05)。合并组和糖尿病组左房室瓣瓣环整体Em、Em/Am明显降低,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),糖尿病组Sm变化与对照组无明显差异,合并组比糖尿病组Sm降低明显(P<0.05)。结论组织多普勒能有效判断糖尿病伴高血压患者心功能,可作为重要的临床监测指标。
Objective To explore the application of Tissue Doppler in evaluating patient associated with diabetes and hypertension heart function. Methods 65 cases of patients with diabetes and hypertension were selected as combined group. 65 patients with diabetes alone were selected as diabetes group. 65 cases of healthy individuals were selected as control group. Three groups all treated with same TDI detection method. Tissue Doppler echocardiography parameters in three groups of patients were analyzed. Results Tei-Index,IRT,ICT,IRT/ET,ICT/ET of the combined group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Tei Index,IRT,IRT/ET and ICT/ET all indicators of diabetes mellitus group were significantly higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). Tei-Index,ICT/ET of combined group were significantly higher than those of diabetic group( P < 0. 05). Em,Em/Am of combined group and diabetes group were significantly higher than those of control group( P < 0. 05). Sm change had no obvious difference as compared to that of the control group. Decrease of Sm in combined group was more significantly than that of diabetes group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Tissue Doppler technique can effectively diagnose the diabetes patients with hypertension with heart function,and it can be used as an important clinical monitoring indicators.
