摘要
目的:探讨经导管射频消融治疗心房颤动的围术期护理干预效果。方法:选择2014年3月~2017年3月我院收治的115例心房颤动实施经导管射频消融治疗患者,进行围手术期护理,总结手术前后的护理方法。结果:除2例患者发生无症状肺静脉狭窄外,其余患者未出现明显并发症,均康复出院。结论:对于实施射频消融术的心房颤动患者,做好围手术期护理,正确辨别并发症,可全面改善患者预后以及生活质量。
Objective：To investigate the perioperative nursing effect of treatment of auricular fibrillation by radiofrequency catheter ablation.Methods：A total of 115 cases who received treatment of auricular fibrillation by radiofrequency catheter ablation in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2017 were treated with perioperative nursing.The nursing methods before and after surgery were summarized.Results：In addition to 2 patients with asymptomatic pulmonary vein stenosis,the remaining patients did not show obvious complications.They recovered and were discharged from hospital.Conclusion：For patients with atrial fibrillation who underwent radiofrequency catheter ablation,the perioperative care and correct identification of complications can improve the prognosis and quality of life.
