摘要
结合铁路应急通信产品本身的特点以及铁路对高清应急通信系统的需求,着重就高清应急通信系统的组成方案、关键功能单元设计及相关技术和原理等方面进行阐述。在现有应急通信系统结构的基础上,进行新技术的尝试和应用,对应急通信系统进行优化设计,既保证了铁路安全运营的需要,降低了试验风险,又可实现试验目的,为高清应急通信系统在铁路的大规模推广积累经验。
Combining with the characteristics of railway emergency communication products and the demand on high-definition emergency communication system, the paper focuses on the composition scheme, key functional unit design, and related technologies and principles of HD emergency communication system. Based on the structure of the existing emergency communication system, the attempt and application of the new technology and the optimal design of the emergency communication system not only ensure the safety of railway operations, reduce the testing risk, but also achieve the testing goal, accumulating experience in the extensive promotion of HD emergency communication system in railway sector.
