摘要
基于国内生物质能源化利用现状和秸秆压块燃料利用现状的理论分析,提出了一种适用于北方农村地区的、以秸秆压块为燃料的"互联网+区域性分户供暖"模式。该模式依托互联网技术对服务区域内的采暖装备进行远程监控;以相关利益方的双向C2S关系为基础,厘清各方职责;通过坚持"以物易物"的原则,降低交易成本。为获取最优服务半径,以河北省遵化农村地区为研究对象、以1 000户农民用户为服务对象、以燃料成本最低为目标,在15 km范围内进行了研究分析。在满足基本假设条件下,遵化地区最优服务半径为2.27 km,燃料成本可控制在113.86元/t。该模式在保证服务商利润的前提下,可实现低成本、安全、舒适供暖,使服务商与农民共赢。
Base on the theoretical analysis of the biomass energy regeneration and biomass briquetting fuel utilization actualities in China, a novel mode which is "internet and regional heating hybrid" is proposed in the paper for the northern rural areas in China. The mode can remotely monitor for the heating equipment in service station with the internet. It builds a bidirectional relationship (C2S) between customers and suppliers. The principle of"barter"must be upheld for reducing transaction cost. In order to obtain the optimal service radius, 1000 farmer users and 15 km of service scope were chose as research object in Zunhua, Hebei province. The result show the optimal service radius is 2.27 km and the fuel cost is lowest, 113.86 RMB/t. Under the premise of ensuring the profit of service providers, the mode can achieve low cost, safe and comfortable heating, and enable service providers and farmers to win.
