摘要
针对电梯蜗轮蜗杆曳引机连接套筒断裂事故,分析了连接套筒的室温力学性能、化学成分、显微组织,发现碳含量偏高、石墨粗大等缺陷是事故的主要原因。为避免此类事故,应严格控制碳成分的含量,并减少曳引机剧烈冲击的可能。
Aiming at the fracture accident of the connecting sleeve of elevatorworm gear machine, the mechanical properties at room temperature, chemical composition and microstructure of the joint sleeve are analyzed to find that the high carbon content, coarse graphite and other defects are the main cause of the accident. In order to avoid this kind of accident, we should strictly control the content of the carbon component and to reduce the possibility of the severe impact of the traction machine.
