摘要
在城市轨道交通车辆段、停车场上方进行上盖物业开发,可有效利用日益稀缺的城市用地资源。然而,上盖开发使得车辆段、场结构复杂,为桩基工程设计带来了较大困难。文章以杭州地铁某车辆段上盖开发为例,分析了桩基工程的技术特点及设计难点,提出了桩基工程优化设计的建议。
Property development above the subway depots can effectively make full use of urban land resources which are increasingly in- tense. However, the development make structures of subway depots complex, and as a results making design of subway depot foundations difficuh. In this paper, the difficulties of foundation design were analyzed with a depot from Hangzhou as an example, furthermore, design suggestions were proposed.
