晋江万达广场钢筋混凝土超长结构裂缝控制

摘要 晋江万达广场商业综合体为一不设缝的超长钢筋混凝土结构,通过结构的温度应力分析,合理设置后浇带、膨胀加强带及温度诱导缝,构造上适当加强梁板通长筋及外围竖向构件的配筋,施工中采用合理的施工方案,控制混凝土结构的合拢温度、外加剂的掺比及后期的浇水养护等措施对该超长结构进行裂缝控制。工程主体完成至今已5年,结构未出现影响结构安全或使用的裂缝或大面积的渗漏点,表明上述措施对超长结构的裂缝控制有较好的效果。 Jinjiang wanda plaza commercial complex as one without seam of super- long reinforced concrete structure, through the analysis of the temperature stress structure, reasonable, expansion reinforcing band, and setting post - cast strip temperature induced joints, struc- ture strengthening beam slab tong long tendons and appropriately on the vertical component of the outer reinforcement, adopting reasonable construction scheme in construction and strengthening of concrete structure temperature control and admixture mixing ratio and water conser- vation measures in the late of the super - long structure crack control. The main completed project has five years, the structure does not ap- pear and the safety of the structure or the use of cracks or the leakage point of large area, show that these measures for crack control has good effect of the structure of large.
