摘要
在外部环境日益复杂多变的今天,面对新旧经济转换、需求结构升级、信息技术大发展的严峻挑战,对于任何一个国有企业而言,企业战略不再是可有可无的。作者以国有企业的运营管理实践,论述了国有企业需要战略规划的编制,根据战略规划编制年度经营计划。对于年度经营计划的实施进行评估,从而实现国有企业的快速、健康、持续发展。
In increasing the external environment and facing the new economic transformation and upgrading of the structure of demand today, information technology development challenges for any one of the state-owned enterprises in which the company strategy is no longer not essential. Based on the practice of state-owned enterprises, this paper expounds the preparation of strategic planning for state-owned enterprises, and makes annual business plans according to strategic plans. To realize the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of the state-owned enterprises, the implementation of the annual business plan should be evaluated.
