摘要
针对结构强度试验广泛应用的穆格控制系统,以Simulink为仿真平台对该控制系统PID控制原理进行仿真分析,并以某结构二阶系统为控制对象进行控制参数研究。仿真结果表明,该控制系统参数整定裕度较宽,精度高,响应速度快,鲁棒性好,具备传统PID无法比拟的优势。
For MOOG control system widely used in structure strength test, simulation analysis of PID control principle of the control system based on Simulink simulation platform is carried out. The two order system of some structure is taken as control object to study the control parameters. The simulation results show that the control system has wide parameter setting margin, high precision, fast response, good robustness, and has the advantages whrich traditional PID cannot match.
