摘要
随着经济社会不断发展和城市化进程的加快,工程建筑活动不断增多,开展工程造价相关研究,很有必要。做好工程项目的超预算控制工作,维持工程施工的顺利进行,工作人员应该优化工程造价的结构组成方式,避免预算超支现象产生。工程造价中的项目成本主要分为直接型成本和间接型成本两类,造价人员应该根据预算的结构组成进行合理设计。本文从建筑工程成本组成情况进行分析,提出几点有效防止超预算情况产生的可行性建议。
With continuous development of economic society and speeding of urbanization, construction activities are increasing. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out project cost -re-lated research. To do a good job in the project budget control, and to maintain smooth pro- gress of the project, the staff should optimize the structure of the project cost, to avoid thephenomenon of budget overrun. Based on the analysis of the construction project cost com- ponents, this paper puts forward some feasible suggestions on how to prevent budget over-run,
