摘要
目前,英语专业面临就业难的严峻局势,究其原因主要是毕业生的职业素养欠缺,应用能力、创新能力和适应能力不够强。破解英语专业就业难这个瓶颈的重要途径是深化实践教学改革,有针对性地设计实践教学课程,构建科学﹑系统的实践教学体系,培养适应社会发展和职场需要、具有较强应用能力和就业竞争力的英语专业人才。
At present,English major faces challenging situation with its difficulty in employment. The main reasons are students' lack of professional quality and their insufficiency in practical,creative and adapting ability.The important ways of solving the problem are to deepen practical teaching reform,design target-based practical teaching courses,form scientific,reasonable practical teaching system,train English talents who can meet the requirement of social development and profession,who possess great practical ability and employment competence.
