摘要
当前,"互联网+"思维已经影响到文化产业的各个环节。著名管理学家彼得·德鲁克说过"当今企业之间的竞争,不是产品之间的竞争,而是商业模式之间的竞争"。"互联网+"背景下文化产业商业模式创新,是提高文化产业竞争力的重要内容和实现形式。本文基于互联网经济学和文化经济学视角,探索文化产业商业模式构成要素和"互联网+"的特征,提出文化产业商业模式类型,并将其总结为文化产业平台商业模式、免费商业模式、长尾商业模式、文化电商模式和授权模式等,最后简要地探讨如何进行文化产业商业模式创新。
At present,the "Internet +" thinking has affected all aspects of cultural industry, the famous management scientist Peter Drucker saying that "The competition between today's corporations is not the competition between products but is business model".Under the background of "Internet +", it is a better way to improve the competitiveness of cultural industry by innovating business models .Based on the Internet economics and cultural economics, this paper explores the elements of business model and the characteristics of "Internet +", andproposes five kinds of cultural industry' business models including platform business model, free business model, long tail business model,cultural e-commerce business model, as well as authorization model.Finally, it discusses the methods of innovating the business model in cultural industry.
