摘要
分析了机组给水管道常用止回阀的结构,并研究了停泵或管道破裂时有无止回阀以及不同类型止回阀对管道流速和系统水锤的影响,并绘制了压力波动曲线。通过研究可知停泵或管道破裂时,关闭控制止回阀比普通止回阀能更好的控制管道的压力波动和削弱关阀引起的水锤,但需合理的设定关闭动作。
This thesis is analyzed conventional structure of the check valve on water supply pipehne in thermal power unit, meanwhile, researched the influence of pipe flow rate and system water hammer if is installed check valve or not and different types of check valve during stopping pump and pipe rupture, and indicated the curves of pressure fluctuations. According to research, it is known that closing control check valve is better to control pipe pressure fluctuation and weaken the water hammer caused by closing valve than closing normal check valve, but it is needed to set rea- sonable closing action.
