摘要
在对图书馆知识管理、图书馆管理的概念和区别以及图书馆知识管理的意义进行了分析的基础上,就图书馆知识管理对图书馆管理内容、模式、服务、文化等方面的创新进行了详细的论述,从而为广大图书馆管理人员提供参考及建议。
Based on the analysis on the concept and difference between library knowledge management and library management and on the meaning of library knowledge management, this paper describes in detail the innovation of the library management contents, patterns, service, culture and other aspects with the library knowledge management, provides reference and suggestions for library staff.
